The Butchery is a full service butcher shop, fish monger and fromagerie in Stowe. We offer a soup and sandwich menu until 6pm daily. Prepared foods (Salads and Reheat & Eat) are available all day. The staff needs training, when they completely ignore you and help multiple people that walked in after you, not only do you get a poor review you lost a sale.

Great cuts of meat. Fresh seafood (if they have sweet chili scallops you get them). Outstanding premade meals like Sheppards Pie and Lasagna.
