Great cuts of meat. Fresh seafood (if they have sweet chili scallops you get them). Outstanding premade meals like Sheppards Pie and Lasagna.

The Butchery is a full service butcher shop, fish monger and fromagerie in Stowe. We offer a soup and sandwich menu until 6pm daily. Prepared foods (Salads and Reheat & Eat) are available all day. We offer prime beef, all natural pork & chicken, domestic and international sauces, spices, salads and specialties. We believe in giving our customers the tools to be the best home cook possible!

The staff needs training, when they completely ignore you and help multiple people that walked in after you, not only do you get a poor review you lost a sale.

The place has the best food The Salmon cuts are very nice size. Great counter service And always crowed. It's a bit $$$ but to be expected in that area and great cuts of Meats and fish
