Everyone typically seems annoyed that they have to help you. Their cigar humidors are for sure not up to par. Bought a hand full of cigars from them at one point and put the in a plastic humidor...

Josie is the sweetest most helpful woman ever. She helped me get a great disposable vape t for me and helped me with the door even helped me when my dumb ass fell outside (I'm on a knee caddy)
