Amazing food! The flavors are absolutely top! maybe a bit crowded but the jerk chicken was fantastic and the fufu was good

African and Caribbean fusion. Mamai is named after my grandmother’s nickname in swahili as short for mom may I have some water . Kafe Mamai started in 2017 as a catering business that has grown to a food truck and eventually added a seating restaurant. It is 100% halal and pride ourselves in leading in healthier and organic products. My aim is to serve the best quality food and bringing something different to salt lake. Being a parent making sure families feel comfortable to dine with us.

Food was great. I had the surf and turf. Plantains were also great. Vibe in the restaurant was peaceful and relaxing. Very laid back. Service was great. Highly recommend

Loved this place! I went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see a few vegetarian options. Food was tasty and the service was quick.
