Dr. Larsen is a Professor, Division of Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Utah; Patient Safety Officer at Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital (PCH), co-chair of PCH Medication Safety Team, and Edward B. Clark Endowed Chair II for Pediatric Patient Safety. Ryann Bierer, M.D. is an Associate Professor in Neonatology and Pediatric Palliative Care at the University of Utah and Primary Children's Hospital. She provides neonatology services at four facilities, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at University of Utah Hospital, Primary Children’s Hospital Salt Lake City and Lehi, and Intermountain Medical Center. She also completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the University of Utah in 2018 and now provides pediatric palliative care with the Rainbow Kids Palliative Care team at Primary Children's Hospital.

Dr. Rajiv Iyer is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery and a dual fellowship-trained pediatric neurosurgeon with a special focus on pediatric spinal disorders and spasticity. After completing a residency and chief residency in neurological surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr. Iyer completed a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at University of Utah/Primary Children’s Hospital.
