Buyer beware. Ivory Homes was a nightmare to build with, and their warranty program is a joke (in a nutshell, nothing is cov by the warranty, not even the roof). Be sure to read the fine print....

Poor painting, had tons of repairs some they fixed some they didn't. Had to report to city on one of the repairs.
