Thomas A. Pilcher, MD is a specialist in pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology. He has special training to treat children with all forms of heart rhythm disorders and performs procedures in children and adults with congenital heart disease. He performs intracardiac ablations of abnormal heart rhythms and implants cardiac rhythm intervention devices such as pacemakers and automatic internal cardioverter defibrillators (AICD).

Dr. Juan F. Gallegos-Orozco graduated from medical school in Mexico and completed post-graduate medical education in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in both Mexico and the United States, where he completed fellowship training in Transplant Hepatology at the prestigious Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education, Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona in June 2012. Breanne Schiffer, MD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Laryngology within the Division of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah. Dr. Schiffer completed her fellowship training in Laryngology under the guidance of Dr. Marshall Smith at the University of Utah. She also completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah. She believes in a multi-disciplinary team-based approach to the management of patients with voice, swallow, and airway concerns and has a particular interest in the medical and surgical treatment of voice disorders. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and received a Master in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health. She completed medical school at the Long School of Medicine – University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Schiffer's clinical interests in Laryngology include vocal fold paralysis, vocal fold nodules, polyps, and cysts, laryngeal reinnervation, in-office vocal fold augmentation, vocal fold laser treatments, laryngeal microsurgery, zenker's diverticulum repair, cricopharyngeal myotomy, botox treatment for voice disorders, and endoscopic treatment of airway stenosis.
