Blendtec DOES NOT CARE. After I decided to get a "real" blender for home use, I was debating between Blendtec and Vitamix. Blendtec offers only a 2 year warranty for their Total Blender Classic...

For the price of the blenders, and that we've had some issues with our jars, etc. I expect great customer service. Maying that much for an appliance, you also assume Nordstrom type customer...
