Poor customer service . Lacking interactions with customers . When a customer is talking to the cashier , the cashier should respond instead of ignoring the customer . One of the worst locations

Not an awful 7-11, but lacking in service and a bit sloppy. The clerk was on his phone the entire time he was helping customers. Also, there were no lids for the double gulps, leaving me to gulp...
