Yu-Lin Chung-Nielsen, MD

Bilal Shamsi, DPM, graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia in 2012, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He then completed a Podiatry surgery residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in 2015, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Shamsi joined Kelsey-Seybold's Podiatry department in January 2024. Dr. Shamsi sees patients for heel pain, sprains, tendonitis, diabetic foot conditions, nail abnormalities, flat feet, Achilles pain, neuromas, neuropathy, and other foot conditions. He has a particular interest in the conservative management of foot and ankle problems.

Nicole Hunt, MD, earned her medical degree at the University of West Indies, Mona Campus, in 2010. After time spent in a private practice externship, she completed her residency in 2018 at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. She also completed a fellowship at Howard University and a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2020. Dr. Hunt joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2024. Patients see Dr. Hunt for her specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating rheumatic diseases. As a rheumatologist, she has extensive training in managing complex autoimmune conditions and musculoskeletal disorders. These conditions include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, myositis, vasculitis, sarcoidosis, gout, and scleroderma.
