Benafsha Irani, DO

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in cell and molecular biology at the University of Texas at Austin in 2013, Garrett Levy-Meeks, MD, attended Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 2019. He followed with a Family Medicine residency at University of Texas Medical Branch in 2022, going on from there to complete a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship at McGovern Medical School in 2023. Dr. Levy-Meeks treats a wide range of conditions from common infections, diabetes, and depression to more complex medical cases. His clinical interests include hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, asthma, mood disorders, and gender medicine. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.

Victoria Hinckley, FNP obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2015 from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, Illinois. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing, Illinois State University in 2020. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she delivers many preventive care services and treats patients for chronic conditions and acute illnesses like hypertension, hyperlipidemia, GERD, and thyroid disorders. Victoria is invested in providing preventative care and improving her patients' health. She establishes a rapport with her patients, listens to their needs, and prioritizes their care. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.

Brittney Jimenez, OD, graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology 2016. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2021 before pursuing her residency at Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. Dr. Jimenez joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2024. At Kelsey-Seybold, patients can see Dr. Jimenez for any ocular condition, whether it be for dry eyes, diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, or glaucoma, as well as other eye health concerns. Dr. Jimenez's clinical interests include the treatment of ocular disease anterior segment diseases such as keratoconus.
