Peter Sabonghy, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in advanced shoulder and knee reconstruction and sports medicine.Hes also an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and the medical director of the Ironman Sports Medicine Institute at Memorial City.Sabonghy is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the Texas Society of Sports Medicine.
