It offers the detailed study or inspection, as by gathering information through observations, measurements in the field, questionnaires, or research of legal instruments, and data analysis in the support of planning, designing, and establishing of property boundaries. It involves the re-establishment of cadastral surveys and land boundaries based on documents of record and historical evidence, as well as certifying surveys ( as required by statute or local ordinance ) of subdivision plats/maps, registered land surveys, judicial surveys, and space delineation. Land surveying can include associated services such as mapping and related data accumulation, construction layout surveys, precision measurements of length, angle, elevation, area, and volume, as well as horizontal and vertical control surveys, and the analysis and utilization of land survey data. All services are executed in a traditional surveying services business format. While most of our client services are performed at the site of the client or require remote field-work, our interpreting, mapping, production, and service delivery activities are coordinated from our office. Our office facility features a 1, 400 square foot office space in Texas Surveying decor with a client waiting area, four offices for Survey/CADD professionals, a large administrative work area and a 1, 000 square foot attached warehouse with field office. He was registered with the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors in 1999 upon completing the board examinations. Mr. Cole served on several TxDot projects, the Bob Sandlin Reservoir ( H.B. Zachry ), the largest International Paper, paper mill in the world ( Brown & Root ), a 75 mile 82" water line from Lake Texoma to Fort Worth, Texas ( North Texas Municipal Water Authority ) and numerous other major projects throughout the State that make us highly qualified to successfully guide this venture.
