They are racists in this company, I spoke and asked for someone who spoke Spanish and without giving any further explanation the lady just cut me off the phone call.

Ms. Doree D. is grossly misinformed. Her comment "The only time we would not release a survey is if the customer does not pay". This is NOT true! Our survey had been paid in full for some time....

Grossly lacking in customer service. Mr. Zollinger attempted to hold our survey hostage. Would NEVER recommend.
