Extremely inexperienced staff. Have no idea what they are doing here. Couldn't even explain the reasoning on why they couldn't help me.

Still waiting after 4 hours for them to update MyChart to show I am negative. They did my Daughter's in a hour. Not acceptable. They also don't print results.
