I've been to other Urgent Cares in the area where their appointment system seems to be efficient but still leaves me waiting when they send me the ready message. NextCare wasn't like that at all....

I went here because I had made an appointment online with Baylor Scott & White. It turns out they use BSW logos and branding but this is not a BSW facility. Waiting room was dirty and smelled like...

This place used to be good until they got bought over by BSW. Waited 45 mins in the waiting room after being told there was no wait at all. I walked out. Don't waste your time here.

Since this is an urgent care, I thought service would be faster. I booked an appointment online and filled out all the paperwork before I arrived on-site. Turns out, setting an appointment only...

Provider was great. Company is terrible. Charged me the wrong amount and no one in billing answers the phone. Spent over 2 hours on hold this week.
