Meaghan Birch, PA-C

Kaylee Franks, PA-C, earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2014. With a strong foundation in both primary care and Gastroenterology, Kaylee joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in June 2025. Kaylee's clinical interests include IBD, nutrition, and patient wellness. She prioritizes clear and compassionate communication, and she is committed to personalized care that integrates each patient's concerns, comorbidities, and goals.

Evonne Yang, PA-C, earned her BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Her journey into healthcare was inspired by childhood hands-on activities and a desire to help others, sparked by treating a family chicken's foot infection. Now at Kelsey-Seybold, she specializes in surgical PA work, focusing on restoring bodily functions and performing cosmetic procedures. Evonne joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2024.
