Very under staffed only one person trying to do all of the work. I feel bad for the solo employee. People waiting for 2+ hours, not a way to do business.

If you need lab work save yourself 45 min by going to another location. Really disappointed on the management. Walked around for 39 min because there's no indication of where labs need to be done....

They are consistently understaffed for blood draws. Three times my appointments were 30 mins late and I had to leave. Dont even bother with walkins
