Scheduled an appointment for 10:45 and used their "wait in the car and get a text when the technician is ready" feature. Got called in at 11 being told the tech was ready just for multiple people...

Lab is dirty! Techs are IRRESPONSIBLE! They lost my blood, which was time sensitive. Staff is completely clueless. Don't bother calling their office, they won't answer.

these numbnuts keep changing their hours at multiple locations... and don't fin update it on their website!! now the third location when i've taken time out of work and they've either just closed...
