Dr. Craddock is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. He served as President of the Houston Society of Otolaryngology and is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Denton Cooley Cardiovascular Surgical Society, and the Harris County Medical Society.
