After going through bad reviews, I totally agree with those. The receptionist is so rude. The customer service is horrible. They yell at you as they do not care that you can bring money to them....

Update: unless you are wanting to refund me some of the 12k that was kept after cancelling there's really nothing to discuss. Pretty sick to keep such an amount for a Dr that is so far booked out...
