Horrible customer service from Lucia Flynn. She is very difficult to deal with . She refused to offer me a merchandise credit on a gift I received . I shop all of the time and she's very difficult.

I love this new J Crew Mercantile location. It's in a very convenient location and always really well stocked. The staff is super nice and helpful. My go to location for new clothes!

I was super excited to check this location out! It's close to home so I was hopeful it would turn into a frequent stop for me. Instead, I was there for almost 30 minutes (I was the only customer)...

So convenient to be able to return j crew factory items to. Only giving four stars because sometimes the staff isn't very helpful or friendly.
