Slowest drive thru in the history of drive thru! Love IBC though, just hate coming to the bank.

1 star is to many! Fees, fees, fees= regrets regrets regrets! Do not open a bank account there, especially a business account. Smh!

The employees in this bank cant count I always have to double check the deposit slip, or cash back. Staff never greets you when you come in. There will be three or four counter people doing...

Terrible drive thru service. minimal wait time is over 10 minutes - usually 20 minute wait with 3-4 employees working at front desk looking and laughing at drive thru. Mgt needs to correct this...
