I second the other review. This bank takes way too long to do simple things and their rates are not in par with the market. Nor do they care. It was the same in Laredo and continues throughout...

Slowest bank ever and twice i went to withdraw from the drive thru and they didn't have enough money because the key holder was out to lunch. I know it's a training bank, but damn!
