Hey Diddle Diddle Catering developed as a result of her love of cooking and the many requests by locals to expand her catering to events off site from her two main venues, Longhorn Cavern State Park and Vanishing Texas River Cruise. Michelle's greatest interest at this juncture in her life is to create experiences for people that go above and beyond their expectations. Helping Hand Lending a helping hand in coordinating and decorating is Pamela (Pam) Plant. Pamela has been working with Michelle for 8 years at both Longhorn Cavern State Park and Vanishing Texas River Cruise. Pamela works with couples from their first meeting through their Wedding and Reception. She offers assistance and kind advice to brides, helping them keep calm while preparing for their exciting wedding day...
