Have been coming here for physical therapy. People are nice and therapy has had benefits. A 7AM appointment sometimes starts a little late, but other than that everything here has been good.

Great Pool area! I have done water aerobics with Lynn And Thomas. both great teachers. Lynn class has music and more a beginners class..I loved it! I so wish she had a earlier or later class so...

Very clean gym, plenty of disinfectant towels to wipe the equipment down. Very friendly and helpful staff.
