Frank Garcia, M.D. - Joint Replacement Surgeon

Dr. Karbach is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and peripheral nerves. She has a special interest in the treatment of compression neuropathies (carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, radial tunnel, and ulnar tunnel syndromes), arthritis of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder, upper extremity fracture care, and peripheral nerve injuries. Dr. Karbach completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and finished her residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. She is fellowship trained in Hand Surgery by the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis, IN.

Dr. Espinoza is a board certified family medicine physician, fellowship trained in primary care sports medicine. He is certified by The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and treats patients aged 8 years and up for all non-operative orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions (with the exception of spine-related issues). As a sports medicine physician, Doctor Espinoza has a special interest in acute and chronic sport-related injuries, team sideline coverage, musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics, concussion management, and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures including injections, prolotherapy, tenex, and regenerative medicine. He has appointments available at our Stone Oak location.

Dr. Rowland is an orthopedic surgeon with TSAOG Orthopaedics (formerly The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group). He is board certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), fellowship trained in conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow, and treats patients aged 6 and up. As a hand surgeon, Doctor Rowland has a special interest in endoscopic carpal tunnel release, trigger finger release, distal radius fractures, elbow arthroscopy, and bicep repairs. He has appointments available at our Stone Oak and Quarry Area locations.
