It has a high degree of vertical integration and is organized into five business segments: domestic mills, comprised of four steel minimills and a copper tube mill; CMCZ, one of the largest steel producers in Poland; domestic fabrication, comprised of a variety of plants and warehouses; recycling, a processor of nonferrous scrap metals; and marketing and distribution.
