Commercial Metals Company, a low-cost producer, is one of the few steel companies with investment-grade public debt ratings. The company has manufactured, recycled and marketed steel and metal products and related materials throughout the world. It has a high degree of vertical integration and is organized into five business segments: domestic mills, comprised of four steel minimills and a copper tube mill; CMCZ, one of the largest steel producers in Poland; domestic fabrication, comprised of a variety of plants and warehouses; recycling, a processor of nonferrous scrap metals; and marketing and distribution. Commercial Metals Company is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
