I like this Chase Bank for two reasons: they are always very friendly and the drive-thru does not share tellers with the walk-in business. They are always there, and ready to serve. And fast....

We've used this Chase location for 10+ years. Great service w/ a personal touch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I spent 25 minutes waiting behind an older man. There was only one teller. The head teller was on the phone. I left after that time and went to the branch on E. Southlake Blvd. Big difference....
