I am not quite a four star "fan" of this BoA for one reason: The ATM is in the drive-thru. I walk to this location often, and sometimes I just need to use the ATM. Standing in the drive-thru bugs...

Bank of America in general has much less customer service the before and I don't see any improvement. I called 2 branches at noon and didn't get the phone answered, just a message to call back....
