Bend o' the River B&B

We are a full service bed & breakfast located in the Texas Hill Country. We are minutes away from Lost Maples and Garner State Parks. 3 bedrooms on the second floor of our home are available. We also have a vacation rental that is a double wide on the Sabinal River just a short walk from the B&B. Each of the B&B bedrooms has a private bath and a king bed. One of these bedrooms is a larger suite with a sitting area and flat screen TV, a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower . Stair climbing is required. There is a small fridge on the loft/sitting area outside rooms. Free wifi is available in the B&B. We have a large rock patio with a fire pit. Star gazing from our zero gravity lawn chairs is a real treat if you live in a big city. A gas BBQ grill is available upon request. We welcome our guests to share our comfortable living area. There are tables to play cards, dominoes, or do one of the many puzzles we have. On arrival, we give a tour of the house, explain where the public access areas are and offer a snack and beverage. Local sites are the two state parks mentioned above. Limited dining for lunch and supper available in Utopia, more in Bandera (30 min), Leakey (25 min.), Kerrville (1 hr). Summer is great for floating the Frio from Happy Hollow in ConCan. The Sabinal is a small river and the last few years dries up when there is no rain. In the Fall the Maples and Red Oak trees turn beautiful colors. We enjoy meeting people and would love to host you. Feel free to call with any questions.
