BofA is the worst bank I've used in over 30 years. Stay away. Find a bank with people who care and don't make you jump through hoops on every single thing. Highly recommend Frost.

I can typically schedule an appointment here to get notary, or consult about finances. I do try to call and get information, however, no one ever answers the phone which is a bit frustrating.

Don't be like me and get frustrated when you cannot locate the ATM. It is not attached to the building, it is across the street on the right side of the bank.
