They have a line of people waiting that extends all the way outside and only have 2 tellers and we still have the same fees each month.

This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever gone to. Every time I go, I have to wait in line for no less than 40 min. There are 11 windows and this location but only 2-3 tellers working...
