My parents' mortgage is with this bank & being that it's the closest location to where they live I usually come here to make the deposit. I've never banked with BoA & I don't think I ever would....

Yes, I am back at the finest Bank of America in Houston. Uche called to make sure I was coming in and Diana was her normal wonderful self. Every one here does a great job. JRM

I absolutely HATE this Bank of America. The bank is under staffed, the staff they do have are super rude. Don't expect to leave out of here in a timely manner. The tellers will see a huge line but...
