I never experienced such unprofessional approach at any bank I ever been at. Came in and they questioned us if this could be done with ATM without using their services. The manager was super...

Worst bank EVER!! One teller? REALLY? No drive thru? REALLY? Large manager too large to mover help me..wearing strange eyeglasses.. told me to open my app and do it myself? REALLY?? CHASE IS...

1 teller and 7 people in line. No one else on staff will get off their butts to help. I can't wait to withdraw off my money. You guys suck on service.
