We proudly serve local products when possible, and our second mobile food unit, The Smoking Phoenix, produces our smoked meats for the Grate Melts Mobile Grill truck as well as serving as a stand-alone unit for events and catering.SpecialtiesThe Smoking Phoenix rotisserie pellet smoker specializes in perfectly smoked whole chickens and turkeys, smoked chicken wings, smoked pork butt, smoked Texas-style brisket, melt-in-your-mouth smoked baby back ribs, smoked burgers, smoked salmon, with smoked sides like baked potatoes, mac/cheese and baked beans.
