The Smoking Phoenix

History

One of two mobile food units owned by The Fiery Phoenix Corporation. Grate Melts Mobile Grill offers a rotation of grilled cheese inspired sandwiches and side items. We proudly serve local products when possible, and our second mobile food unit, The Smoking Phoenix, produces our smoked meats for the Grate Melts Mobile Grill truck as well as serving as a stand-alone unit for events and catering.

Specialties

The Smoking Phoenix rotisserie pellet smoker specializes in perfectly smoked whole chickens and turkeys, smoked chicken wings, smoked pork butt, smoked Texas-style brisket, melt-in-your-mouth smoked baby back ribs, smoked burgers, smoked salmon, with smoked sides like baked potatoes, mac/cheese and baked beans. We can smoke up to 350lbs of meat at once, so we are ready to feed the masses. Call us for availability and your custom event menu.
