At Southern Om, we offers two styles of hot yoga: Southern Flow where practitioners move through a series of postures to the rhythm of deep breaths, in a room heated to about 95°; and Southern 26, a series of 26 postures where each pose is held for 20, 30 or 60 seconds in a room heated to approximately 105°.These types of yoga are designed to challenge the body and free the sprit. So what does that mean if you are a beginner? It means you'll love it. You can modify every pose and know that you are getting one of the best workouts of your life. My favorite yoga studio! I love the hot yoga, it's HOT but oh so good! The flow and power hour are my personal favorite classes to do. And the frozen lavender towel at the end of class is A-mazing!
