I've been with IYT for several years and would never change studios. The studio has it all...several classes of yoga to fit everyone. Everything from Ariel yoga to Restorative and all in between....

Great friendly studio. People are so nice. There is a variety of classes. Something for everyone. Have to give it a try!! They also have workshops and massage, reiki and acupuncture on sight.
