HistoryThe Lett Group started in 1983 as the training dept. of Creative Planning International, Inc., an independent international meetings consultancy in Washington, DC. As CPI took corporate and association clients to overseas meetings, The Lett Group talk the participants how to do business in the country they were visiting. This training included the basic etiquette of doing business there, dining skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, how to make a great impression, how to develop meaningful relationships with companies and how to handle unfamiliar situations.
