Placed an online order for pick up inside because my vehicle is too large to go in the drive-through efficiently. All doors were locked, and I was forced to stand at the drive-through line.

Completely understaffed. Dining room locked at 6pm on a Friday night. Gave up waiting on drive thru after 2 cars made it through in 25 minutes.
