This is KFC, how wrong can it be? The staff was wonderful the food is always great. Hang in there , things will get better!!

The staff was wonderful,but how can they be out of dark meat at 7:30 PM? Out of crispy recipe too. Food was cold and dry. It is embarrassing to serve that garbage and thinking that the customer...

Ordered 4 piece extra crispy meal. The fries were cold, that's one yuck. All 4 pieces of chicken tasted old, like it's all been sitting in a holding cabinet for 8 hours. That's another yuck....

Things have gone downhill at this location. frequently buy a family meal deal and lately it's often over cooked. I visited the drive thru at The Bethel Park, Pa store on Library Rd. They shorted...

Last few visits have gone downhill, don't have this,don't have that. Missing items from drive through order. And food sub par. Hopefully they can turn it around
