Focused and stern, athletic and strenuous, a little "punitive" if you weren't "listening" but that's Iyengar so far as I know it. I'm not giving up! It helps my body pain.

If you want to learn yoga the right way this is the place to go! If you want to become a yoga instructor this is the place to go too! I've been to a few yoga places in the Lehigh valley area but...
