Icky, dirty seating area. Food came on a dirty tray. Prompt with filling the order but the food was just "off." There were too many people standing around for such a dirty restaurant.

Routinely get orders wrong and forget entire tacos/meals/ingredients in tacos etc.... They just don't care. They need a drastic change in culture among their employees and management.
