Trash areas are always overflowing. Residents have no pride in their common places or areas around the apartments. Families allow their kids to roam around and the kids are LOUD!

Love Kings Manor! Excellent staff, beautiful convenient location. The office staff is amazing, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

Hands down this was the best complex I lived in !!! For the price and location you can't beat it !! Maintenance did amazing !! Diana the leasing director was amazing!! Just the whole experience...
