Our location in the Swatara Township area of Harrisburg, PA, is well located to provide a tranquil setting that is still within a short distance of employers, schools, and freeways, including I-83 and I-283 via Eisenhower Blvd. Each Emerald Pointe floor plan is equipped with upscale features including a full-size washer and dryer and gracious walk-in closets. All of our kitchens are outfitted with maple cabinetry as well as a dishwasher and microwave while select townhomes feature a finished basement, attached garage, or both. Beautiful homes beautiful location amenities are amazing staff as well and maintenance couldn't be any better. The square footage of these homes is amazing for the area that they are in.
