Indochinese American Council

IAC, also known as the Indochinese-American Counsel, is a community-based organization that provides support services for immigrants and refugees. It promotes racial harmony and cultural understanding among people through education and personal interaction. The organization offers learning classes in English, art and computers. IAC provides after-school tutoring, pre-employment training, internship placement and job placement services. In addition, it offers career counseling, case management, referral, and translation and interpretation services. The organization conducts summer reading, family literacy and community service programs, as well as provides parenting tips. IAC offers beautification, assistance and tutoring services for senior citizens. The organization is located in Philadelphia.
