I came in on Friday and little after the office closing time they were staff there and all I needed to do was pick up mu ordered everything was paid for in advance. They refused ro open the door...

I like the safety feature of buzzing clients in to enter. There were a lot of frames to choose from. The doctor was nice and fast. Nice atmosphere, knowledge workers and friendly.

Every time I call, I immediately get put on a hold and have to wait 10+ minutes before I get to speak with anyone. EVERY TIME. Two stars because the optometrist I see there is very kind and attentive.
