All the employees refuse to wear masks the owner got nasty and threatened to call police because I decided to film. I just wanted the doctor to cover his nose to to examine me but he refused.

Be careful of healthcare professionals that don't protect patients from potential life threatening illness. Wearing a mask is simple, they should know better.
