Dr. Loughner is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. She is a Pittsburgh native who was born and raised in Leechburg. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Allegheny College in Erie, then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill University in Greensburg. She completed her Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency through Virginia Commonwealth University at Riverside in Newport News, VA. Dr. Loughner is one of few osteopathic physicians in the Pittsburgh area who incorporates Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) into her practice.
